Beduin is not liable for any loss, delay, or denial of entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
Travelers must ensure they are medically and physically fit to undertake the trip.
Any pre-existing medical condition should be disclosed before booking.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident occurring during the trip.
Beduin acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, accident, or irregularity caused by acts of third-party suppliers, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and trip interruption.
Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behaviour and follow local laws and customs.
Any misconduct, nuisance, or unlawful act may result in termination of travel services without refund.
